Re-imagining Young Adult Justice

Across the United States, states are re-imagining justice for children and young adults based on principles of restorative justice, proportionality, and human dignity that underlie the most successful justice systems around the world.

This talk will take a comparative look at systems of justice in the U.S. and in other developed nations and will highlight the most innovative and successful practices.
