Do you feel welcome here?

How do you define a welcoming space? Activate your 5 senses to define for yourself what makes a welcoming space through the self-guided tour of the Chicago’s Families: Finding Home exhibition.

Extend your exhibit experience with the facilitated discussion that will encourage you to think outside of the box about sustainability and neighborhoods by connecting with like-minded people.

Finding Home exhibition is part of Chicago’s Families: Where Community Begins, a collaborative project of the Chicago Cultural Alliance spanning six sites across Chicagoland.

The Finding Home exhibit and associated programs are co-curated by the Japanese American Service Committee, National Public Housing Museum, Swedish American Museum, and University of Illinois at Chicago Centers for Cultural Understanding and Social Change – Gender & Sexuality Center.
