British performance artist Mat Fraser and others discuss how giving disability experiences a voice through art helps people with disabilities of different ethnicities forge a common cultural identity. They will give historic and individual perspectives on how art has been used to pass stories about living with a disability across generations and of people with disabilities around the world.
