Riverine Walk: Macrophotography

A walking tour and instructional presentation about macrophotography, led by environmental specialist Mik Holgersson. This event is a "Riverine Walk," part of River Action’s "Explore the River" education series. It will be offered both on Wednesday, August 21, from 6:30 to 8 PM, and on Saturday, August 24, from 9 to 10:30 AM.

Wednesday, August 21, from 6:30 to 8 PM, *AND* Saturday, August 24, from 9 to 10:30 AM. The presentation will take place in conjunction with a walking tour, so attendees are encouraged to dress accordingly. Each attendee should have a camera with a macro option with them. Attendees should meet at the Nahant Marsh Education Center, 4220 Wapello Avenue, Davenport, Iowa. Admission cost: free for members of River Action; $5 for non-members. (However, IHC funds have been used to provide free tickets to selected local organizations.) Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
