On October 28th, Illinois Humanities kicks off the second edition of Reporting Back in conjunction with the launch of the new neighborhood newsroom City Bureau, in the first of four community forums.

After the Chicago Police Database debuts its public data portal, City Bureau staff and reporters will share their plans for reporting on the newly available data.

Finally, we’ll hold an open town-hall forum to discuss how the reporting projects can serve community needs: we want to hear from you.
