You are invited to a reception with artist Alex Brubacher. Stop by, chat with the artist, and view his painitgs on exhibit at the Gallery in the Library.

The exibit features surrealist street-style art with references to music, skateboarding, snowboarding and fashion. The exhibit is on display from September 25 through November 14.

Alex Brubacher recently graduated with honors in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Illustration, from Northern Michigan University. He won a Best of Show for his acrylic painting in gallery exhibitions. Presently Alex specializes in customized large scale designs. His designs can be seen in private homes, at music festivals, and in businesses. As a resident of Barrington, Alex wished to exhibit his work at the Barrington Area Library to raise awareness about young artists within the community.
