This special evening is to celebrate the fascinating legacy and rarely told stories of the renowned African American chemist Percy L. Julian, Ph.D. and his illustrious wife Anna Johnson Julian, Ph.D.

The evening will include reflections on the couple by their daughter Faith Julian gallery showing and discussion with the curator, Charles Bethea, Director of Curatorial Services at DuSable Museum; and a 35-minute preview of NOVA‘s up coming documentary on Dr. Percy Julian, Forgotten Genius with comments by NOVA’a Llew Smith, the Producer and Director.
