Exhibiting artist Simon Norfolk and David Shirk, Director of the Trans-Border Institute and Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of San Diego, will address issues related to politically charged landscapes including political and economic issues surrounding the militarized border between the United States and Mexico.
