Kick-off the Marshall engagement of “Key Ingredients” America by Food” with the exhibition’s opening ceremony. Bruce Kraig, emeritus professor of history at Chicago’s Roosevelt university and president of the Culinary Historians of Chicago, will provide opening remarks. Dr. Kraig is the primary scholar for Illinois’ “Key Ingredients” project, and has published widely on culinary history.
