In this program, Dr. Michelle Paluch-Mishur examines Jacqueline Kennedy’s influence on culture in America during her tenure as first lady. Dr. Paluch-Mishur’s slide lecture illuminates the interrelationship between Jackie’s style, grace and poise and her interests in fashion, art, and other subjects.

Michelle Paluch-Mishur

holds a PhD in Art History and is the recipient of numerous research awards, grants, and fellowships. Dr. Paluch-Mishur is a frequent lecturer on topics in art history, material culture, and women’s studies.
