Beth Emet Synagogue will host this Interfaith Town Hall Meeting as part of the Ties That Bind project. The guests will be leaders and community members from the Muslim, Catholic, Latin Protestant and African American Evangelical traditions. Together, audience and guests will view excerpts from the “Ties That Bind” video documentary about women leaders connecting their Jewish, Muslim and Christian communities. Rabbi Andrea London is featured in the documentary. After viewing each excerpt, participants will have an interfaith dialogue about issues raised in the documentary. A light meal will be served; Havdalah will be celebrated afterwards.
