Howard Schwartz, winner of the 2005 National Jewish Book Award, is the author of numerous children’s books. His presentations include Jewish stories from Afghanistan, Iraq and ancient and modern Israel.

Schwartz teaches Jewish folklore and mythology and is the author of numerous scholarly publications about Jewish literature.
