The Kankakee Area YMCA presents a Candidates’ Forum, in which candidates for two offices elected wholly or partially by Kankakee-area voters are questioned by members of local media. The candidates are: 1) For a seat from the 79th district for the IL House of Representatives — Ann Bernard (D); Lisa Dugan (D, Incumbent); Kay Pangle (R). 2) For a seat from the 75th district — Don Goble (R); Careen Gordon (D, Incumbent); Doug Hayes (R).
